政府醫院 does not provide the 生理沖洗器, you need to bring your own 生理沖洗器 or a small plastic bowl (in the past, people use small plastic bowl).

cannytang has provided the address of 護協 and also its web URL. Here it is:

你問我點處置我老公呀，我老公係大細路，仲之有間機鋪比佢打發時間就得架喇﹝因為平日佢等我放工，有時我晏，佢都係打機打發時間﹞。當然我問過佢去唔去gathering啦，咁佢唔去，咁佢咪係街等我羅。

不過，我覺得你唔駛特登使開你老公架，因為我地好歡迎你老公一齊參加我地既gathering架。

我尋日好似打錯咗個地方比你呀，正確應該係中央圖書館斜對面﹝唔知仲係咪叫中央圖書館呢，不過以前好似係﹞，即係個間sars酒店隔離個度，我驚你誤會咗係油麻地個間ymca附近呀。

I called the agent and bought the "washing machine cleaning liquid" already in Ma On Shan. Thanks.

TIPS -- FYI, I read an advertisement saying that if we continue to use washing machine without cleaning it, actually, the machine will accumulate dirt inside, which will increase the chance to have skin allergy for new born baby. So, if we plan to start cleaning the bb's clothing, better to clean the washing machine first (it suggests to clean the washing machine regularly, say once every 3 months). I totally agree as I have used my washing machine for years and there is dirt around the door plastic and the inner drum, which I think it's very difficult to clean. So, remember to clean the washing machine before you start cleaning the bb's clothing and beddings.

I called the Tai Po Jusco, but they said they don't know the date for next sales... :-( :-(

我今日行行下街突然覺得個肚好墜同埋扯得好緊、好唔舒服，跟住就連行步路都好辛苦，直情好似行唔到咁濟，但係企定左幾分鐘之後又冇野喇wor，完全冇晒d唔舒服既感覺，我陀欣欣時都未試過咁樣架，你地有冇咁樣ar??

Recently, I have the same feeling every night, this will happen usually after dinner until I go to sleep. Sometimes, if I walk too much in the day time, I will also have this feeling during day time, very tight, contracted and can hardly walk...

I don't know how to resolve this, I just walk slower or take some rest. Will this continue till giving birth?
