AIA 較高風險的 fund , 表現都 OK. 都有賺. 但 stable / low risk 的就比較差.

Joja,

In the past, Manulife provide a free payroll system (Payadol) to it's client wor. My ex-employer still using it (it installed since the introduction of MPF in 2000).

P.S.: I move to focus on China HR affairs for 4-5 years and no need to involve HK payroll affairs, so not sure for details changes (if any).

我公司都係payadol架...我做緊2-300人既payroll...我覺得ok...

Actually I would prefer "generalist" rather than "specialist" as the job is not diversified enough but of course it's not specialised enough as well; you know when the econ down turned, recruitment and training are the ones to be chopped first, whereas C&B would have restructuring project to follow - but of course, if your company is big enough, they can afford to have so many specialist in recruitment, staff development and other kinds. Also, when you step up in your career to lead a department, you must have all-rounded knowledge so that you will not be fooled around by your staff.

For the 2 positions you mentioned, although it will take longer hours in a HR consultancy, I would still take it - unless you aim at working in NGO going forward. Non-commercial organisation is a different world as commercial organisation - this is what I know; HR consultancy firm would give you more professional insight.

佢話唔係咁多間公司有架咋
manulife 雖然有
但唔係咁好
普遍的公司都唔用
(或者我公司得十幾人, 佢唔想同我攪掛 )

咁我就以為冇添
加上我公司係中銀將會開新a/c
所以考慮用埋中銀保誠囉

我以前個公司好大
有兩間mpf 公司比員工擇
HSBC, 富達
經我投資左幾年的經驗
富達的回報
真係好過HSBC架

最衰現在間公司一定唔會用富達啦

My ex-ex-company uses manulife and my ex-colleague tells me that the performance is good , my ex-company uses AXA, I think it's just so so, now my company uses Fedelity, dont know much about the performance as I joined 1 year only.

I have a headache ah - 2007 budget is approaching! Donno how to put the salary budget - do you gals' company have a guideline for 2007? Further, you know, my AM has been working in this company for sooooooooooo many years and her salary is up and up by seniority that makes the gap between hers and mine is so small ~ less than 4K. She told me after the last review that, when she knew my salary (she is responsible for the payroll checking), she was upset because she knows that is not much room for her salary increment In fact, I really dont think she worths that much, although she is very hardworking, the quality is

我都同意做HR好過Admin, 以前我都做過一年Admin, 覺得成個亞四咁, 所以我都想搵HR assistant做, 我仲有半年就讀完個associate degree in business & administration lar, 我都識用access, word, 等software, 請問係米可以搵HR呢個field做ga?
