I called the restaurant at 11am this morning and they asked me to leave my name/mobile, they will call me back. Then, at 11:20am, a guy called me back and said Saturday is a peak day for large table, he asked us to walk-in and wait for a while. I said this is NOT a booking service, I want to make reservation for a table instead of walking in. I explained to him that all the people are pregnant women and we could not stand and wait for long time. After explaining for several minutes, he accepted my booking. But before he hanged up his phone, I heard him saying foul language at me !!! :-x :-x :-x :-x :-x :-x :-x I was SOOOOOO angry, I immediately called Spagetti House's customer service and filed in a complaint about this!!! I was so angry that I forgot to change the booking name under Canny, but never mind, you gals can still go and ask for the table of 9 under Miss Ng at 3pm. I hope the complaint will not affect their service to us in the coming Saturday, but I just cannot stop myself from making the complaint right after the call !!!!! :evil: :evil: :evil: :cry: :cry: :cry:

唔好咁嬲啦，呢d人你為佢而嬲簡直sign自己時間呀，最緊要係為咗呢d人嬲親自己唔抵呀嗎，仲會影響埋bb架，唔好再嬲喇。不過，真係好多謝你成日為我地服務，唔該晒。

其實我買咗呢部洗衣機用咗一年到，之前我都覺得唔係好dirty，因為洗衣機始終係洗dirty野架嗎，不過尋日返屋企見到個洗衣機洗完地布"chi"咗d頭髮係個玻璃門度﹝我用大眼雞﹞，咁我用張抹手紙抹下，點知見到張抹手紙抹到好多黑色出黎，當然抹完之後冇啦，我就即刻覺得個洗衣機好dirty喇﹝唔知點解好似突然有咗潔"pig"咁呀﹞，所以咪諗住買支野整整佢羅!!你覺得我係唔係有d小題大做呀??

(As time passes) I feel better now, but I am now worried whether the guy will be punished and treat us badly on Saturday... :-( :-( :-(

I am also using 大眼雞 (for nearly 9 years as it is second handed). The thing that worries me is the door's plastic, there is a layer of black dirt and even I clean it, it still there... then, I started to look for cleaning liquid a month ago. But I cannot find any in the market, so, I ordered a new washing machine and planned to wash all the window curtains using the old washing machine before I throw it away... just after I bought the new washing machine, I found the advertisement about the cleaning liquid, and the advertisement explains that washing machine should be cleaned regularly. I think I will start using this type of cleaning liquid about twice a year, at least, it seems like more hygiene for bb.

Thanks. From the voice, I guess that is an old guy, I guess he is the senior of the store... He did not know I heard that sentence, as he was about to hang up the phone, and I guess he was talking to his colleagues, saying that I am troublesome, "inch", etc....

Anyway... if you think there is other better choices for the tea, let me know and we could change to other place.

If 去番新世紀, easier for shopping BB items... their manager just called me and left his mobile number to me. He said if we are mis-treated by the staff on Saturday, we could call him directly

So, we are covered, right? This manager called the staff who made the reservation for me, the staff said the foul language was not spoken by him, he said there was a guy just passing by him when he hanged up the phone and that stranger spoke the foul language... I don't believe it, but anyway, I am OK now, thanks for consideration!

Heehee, I asked some other mothers to help to buy some DVDs/VCDs, hopefully, I will receive it today, very good deal!! Once I get the DVDs/VCDs, I think I will feel much better

I am now listening to Mozart Effect, hope this could make me feel better too

I called the agent's number and asked them for Ma On Shan district. So, I only know the store in Ma On Shan.

I have a friend called and asked for Hunghom district, and he said the store is in Whampao.
