Thank you for your e-mail. Sometimes the shoes come with the buckle in black or in silver. You can return the shoes, however, please take into account that you have to assume the shipping costs. Additionally, we can not control that you receive the color that you want.
To return the shoes to us, you need to:
Put the shoes into the original shoes box and into a shipping box
Mark the shipping box as a Return
Attach a copy invoice
Please also write a short letter with the reason for the return and if you want a refund for the shoes or if you want to exchange the shoes
Send the shoes back to the following address. Please use the local postal service (Please don't send the shoes with UPS, Fedex or another express company)
Once we have received the shoes, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. From the moment we receive them, we will take 8-10 days to process the exchange.
Concerning the keyrings, unfortunately, they were out of stock.
