係呀, 我join荃灣ga, 你呢?
我由23/7開始, 到昨晚(16/8)磅, 輕左6磅, 唔算好快, 但都開始有人覺得我塊面同身冇咁圓喇. 呢個只係開始, 我仲有成4個月減ga...

我有日日做運動ga, 平日做15分鐘原地踏步, 一個星期會去做2次gym, 每次都玩最少40分鐘ga. 不過加左做運動係減得好d, 我頭2個星期冇咁勤力ga, 連原地踏步都冇做, 攪到第二個星期重左0.3磅, 跟住仲要食三文治餐tim.

你ge情況點呀? 可以分享下嗎?

I join in Causeway Bay and today is my first day.
My target is to lose 21 lbs for 3+1 plan.

Till now, I have finished my first breakfast and lunch.
I can say, ... I'm so full !!!
so much for me ??? ?-( ?-(
But, really have to 日日做運動 ?? really have no time wor

如果無焗爐...聽過一個媽咪話...用飯煲也ok
不過就唔好落錫紙包了

方法係雞扒240g...(約一片大的)
跟住.去皮去油...
然後用蒜頭...黑椒粒...檸檬汁醃好煎
或放在飯煲當飯o甘煮

係呀~好多師姐都話飽ga. 遲d個餐單就會變ga喇. 記住要食足呀.
運動就最好日日做, 原地踏步好簡單-->操兵, 提高大脾至90度, 你開始時做10分鐘先, 慢慢再加到15-20分鐘. 我通常會沖涼前做原地踏步, 然後沖涼, 之後訓覺

Pat,

I'm now doing 原地踏步 in 15 minutes everyday, because it's no time to go out jogging in weekdays. I heard from ABCD媽咪 before, she bought a stepper and did exercise at home. It seems very "work" !
Do you have one ? Any other exercises ?

This evening, I will go to MSL and meet my nutrionist in the first time. It's getting excited if my weights are lower

No, I don't have stepper at home. Apart from "marching", I haven't do any other exercises at home. But I go to GYM twice a week.

I will go to MSL-TW tonight, too. Don't worry, you can lose weight ga. I remember that I've been very excited for meeting my nutrionist for the first time as you do.

Do you find your pants or shirts a bit loser than before? I've found my pants and shirts loser after starting the program for 5 days.

咁其實係咪買個焗爐會方便d同cook得多花款&好味d?
你地有冇買過msl上面o個d醃肉既調味料?佢好多都o岩 keep fit人士,但super maket會唔會買倒差唔多既調味料?

個course有一個營業講座同運動班,其實上左效用大唔大?

Hello chole / pat / 平安bb ,

Now, there are 4 starting the slimming plan together. :mrgreen: We can share our own experience, menu .....

As u can remember, I started the menu on Aug17. On Aug 19 evening, I lost 0.7lbs. My nutrionist said my process was normal as she expected. Also 0.5% fat loss.
I'm now so far so good, and don't feel hungry. But for me, it's difficult to follow esp. on sat & sun. because I may eat out or going to my parents' home. I'm really not sure if I can keep losing weights tomorrow when I will meet my nutrionist again.
I'm quite worrying !!!
But as Pat said before, I feel my pants lossening.

Any updates from you all

大家好,

昨天剛好開始左一個月, 總共輕左8磅, 如果由做分析果日計(多一個星期), 就輕左9.5磅. 因為做分析後, 未見營養師已經開始食少d. 通常呢段時間, 我見好多人都去食buffer, 先開始減, 但我就覺得要做下心理準備, 所以沒有大吃大喝.

呢一個月, 只係開頭一個星期食1900, 之後就係主要食1750, 當然間唔使有其他餐單啦. So far, 都唔係太辛苦. 不過真係做多左運動. 不過我仲有4個月減呀!!唉~

所以大家一定要努力. 一定得ga.

What 's your plan ? and what's your target ? Why you still have 4 months more ? How's your nutrionist said ?
do you cook food for yourself ? I'll prepare nearly all food for myself.
I'm still having menu of M1900:
Breakfast - 4 slices of wheat bread + 1 piece of ham + 1 piece of cheese / 1 box of fat-free milk
lunch - bring lunch box (same as last dinner)

How's your exercise now ?
I'm just doing matching for 15 mins every 2 days.
