I'm now doing 原地踏步 in 15 minutes everyday, because it's no time to go out jogging in weekdays. I heard from ABCD媽咪 before, she bought a stepper and did exercise at home. It seems very "work" !
Do you have one ? Any other exercises ?
This evening, I will go to MSL and meet my nutrionist in the first time. It's getting excited if my weights are lower
No, I don't have stepper at home. Apart from "marching", I haven't do any other exercises at home. But I go to GYM twice a week.
I will go to MSL-TW tonight, too. Don't worry, you can lose weight ga. I remember that I've been very excited for meeting my nutrionist for the first time as you do.
Do you find your pants or shirts a bit loser than before? I've found my pants and shirts loser after starting the program for 5 days.

As u can remember, I started the menu on Aug17. On Aug 19 evening, I lost 0.7lbs. My nutrionist said my process was normal as she expected. Also 0.5% fat loss.
I'm now so far so good, and don't feel hungry. But for me, it's difficult to follow esp. on sat & sun. because I may eat out or going to my parents' home. I'm really not sure if I can keep losing weights tomorrow when I will meet my nutrionist again.
I'm quite worrying !!!
But as Pat said before, I feel my pants lossening.

What 's your plan ? and what's your target ? Why you still have 4 months more ? How's your nutrionist said ?
do you cook food for yourself ? I'll prepare nearly all food for myself.
I'm still having menu of M1900:
Breakfast - 4 slices of wheat bread + 1 piece of ham + 1 piece of cheese / 1 box of fat-free milk
lunch - bring lunch box (same as last dinner)
How's your exercise now ?
I'm just doing matching for 15 mins every 2 days.
