放假唔需要通知入境處，唔洗擔心她放完假後一定能再入境，因為香港係出入境自由。

有就有但成本書咁，點email俾你呀。你可以去大書局買有印尼vs廣當話既翻譯天書，圖文並茂架一定岩用。

1. Yes, normally take 3-4 days to have the medical result.

2. Yes, at least 3-4 weeks even you already submit a urgent letter to them.

3. Yes, salary started to count from arrival date.

我地之前用開一個印印，後來過左期未同佢去續約，結果比入境處趕佢出境。我地即刻幫佢申請回港工作，在兩個半月之後佢再回來工作。
我地之前已同佢講明，再申請佢回來的費用由佢支付，佢亦同意。
佢回來已大半個月，我地剛搬屋，唔知點解佢工作態度變得很差，時常黑面，可能間屋大左工作量多左，加上每個月要還錢比我地。我地而家考慮唔用佢，想問下：
(1) 工人還欠我地錢，可以用甚麼方法要佢還?可否叫agent幫手追?
(2) 之前比左的工人保險/政府稅，可否轉用在新工人?
(3) 佢已經在港做了超過六年，若無人請，是否要回印尼? 申請來港的費用便白費了?
(4) 是否通知agent便可即時要求她離開，因為唔想佢再留在家? 要補多少人工? 有沒有其他費用?

1. 佢都唔方有錢，佢搵咩黎還俾你，唔想損失咁多只好計續用佢，佢唔好你都唔會請返佢，試下同佢傾睇下問題係邊，唔好咁快就決定炒。

2.可以轉俾新工人。

3.絕對係，所以俾個機會佢，叫Agent同佢傾睇下係咪有誤會。

4. 你可即時要求她離開，人工+一個月通知金+機票即可。

你只要根據法例補返俾佢就唔會有手尾跟。

可以帶工人去上海居住，但最好係到步後再攪當地工作簽證。

你要check請楚，唔係計繳交日期係計visa日期，如visa都係15/11而你要用佢到11月尾，咁就要交$2400，而不是按比例交架。所以最好用到visa日，咁就唔駛再俾$2400。

Hi Mrs Rose,

Thanks for your reply earier , I still have some question to ask for help.

1-The philippine consulate told be me emplyer need to pay USD125 AND Maid need to pay ph 900 for the body chk b4 she fly to HK how can i pay that usd125 Im in HK not in there ? Will they charge me back afterwards or the maid pay first i settle down internally ?

2-I may have her in HK in mid oct as say the calculation of salary is the date she arrive to HK so is that i still need to calculate include public holiday together right ?

3-Is that a must 8 hours sleeping hours for the maid at night ? I need her to take care of my 2 mnths old baby so she may need to feed at mid night will it break the laws ? In the morning she also need to feed her lets say arund 7 am but of cos i can let her rest from 0900pm .

4-I apply the maid to come across with old addr but after she arrive not long I will move is that i only need to inform immigration or need to inform phip consulate ?

5-I will go for holiday 2mnths after the maid arrive i dont want her to be home is that possible to ask her to take her holidays in advance if she agree ? Every maid entitle to have 7 days holidays after 3 mnths right ?

Thank you for your kindness to offer help to all of us.

I am seeking your advise. My Yun Yun resigned last week. Now I am looking for Bun. I have 2 kids, girl is 2y7months, boy is 10months. However my mother in law will come daily for a while. My girl is going to full day nursery.

My agent recommend a Bun who is 37 years with 7 kids. We are wondering if she can take up this job. Since she has so many kids, will it affect her work if one of them get sick in her hometown.

If she has working other country before still OK, if not she is not a good choice. I will prefer Single or Married with 6+ yrs old kids, Age: 27-33 and if can have some DH experence in other country are more preferable. Both kids still so young really need a experence maid to take good care of them.

Dear Mrs. Rose,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

She "baby sitting" in Philipine in 2004-2006. Toke care 2 kids, 3 & 7. Also she worked as DH in HK in 1994-1996 (11 years ago). Toke care 2 kids, 6 and new born.

However, how can I prove if this is true? Especially the work experience in HK.

So, do you still think she is not preferable?
