如果bunbun到期都吾回來, 我可以點做.

我都要第一次請工人, 由於我的bunbun我是由朋友介紹來的, 不經agent, 所以不能找agent幫手, 有件事請教:

8月中, 她說她的亞嫂有乳癌, 要做手術, 她的兩個女兒一向是由佢亞嫂照顧, 佢亞嫂入院做手術時, 便沒有人照顧好兩個女兒, 所以佢要返菲律賓一個月. 或佢比一個月通知我們, 即自已resign.

雖然佢只做了8個月, 但我們都覺得佢對我的兒子就好像是佢自已的兒子看代, 所以決定比佢回philipine, 佢9月4日走, 我地已比了8月份既糧, 機票及14日大假既錢.

之後, 才發現牙膏,毛巾等等都帶走埋, 我地覺得佢有機會吾返來.

如果佢10月4日, 吾見人的話, 我可以點做. 因為相方便只是口頭承諾, 沒有簽下任何文件.

So, do you still think she is not preferable?

Tell your Agent you want to see her old passport, you want to check the visa and when she come and when she left HK to make sure that she really worked 2 years (finished contract) in HK. Also requested for the released letter and the previous ER contact number, if she can provided you can consider her, if not, I will say she is not good enough. Based on my experience most of the HK exp. girls are terminated before but they will tell they are finished contract, but when I checked their visa I can sure that they are not finished! BTW she worked at 94-96 more than 10 years already, she may forgot how to cook chinese food and all that...

買机票就梗係去旅行社啦。人工+補一個月代通金+未放大假錢+回程機票即可。

如果佢係 4/10 真係唔返黎都無辦法，唯一可做/需要做既事係出信通知入境處，取消佢既工作證。

Dear Mrs Rose

I just renewed contract with my Philippines maid. Since she has taken leave before contract renewal, the Immigration Department just extends her visa for one year. I know that my maid needs to leave Hong Kong one more time in order to get the second year visa. Is it possible for her to go to Macau in the morning and get back to Hong Kong on the same day in order to get the second year visa or is it a must that she needs to stay outside Hong Kong for one night? Your advice please. Thanks.

可以帶工人去上海居住，但最好係到步後再攪當地工作簽證。

In Shanghai have 勞務公司 to help the overseas domestic helper to get their work visa. You can check with your Shanghai Company staff or friend, I think they must know.

I'm Garfield. I have already signed the second contact with my domestic helper on Aug07. After signed, I feel that she is not polite than before and always told with her friends by moblie when I went to work. How can I do? Have any suggestion?

佢返了五天工. 我地發覺佢她粗心. 換片雞手鴨腳. 做野好無手尾. 又唔識得同bb玩. 成日呆若木雞. 粥仔都唔識點煲. 一d都唔似在香港做過. 個agent猛話因為佢緊張姐.

我好煩呀. 想唔要佢. 請問我應否比機會佢. or以你的經驗, 係唔係佢本質就係咁差?

Procedures for hiring finished contract Phil Maid

Mrs. Rose,

Would you please tell me what should I do if I want to hire a finished contract Phil maid? How about the cost? Some body told me that contract should be sent to the consolate and then send application form and contract to immigration for working visa. Is it correct? Your prompt reply is much appreciated.

Easy. Just tell her straight in the face about what you find is wrong with her attitude. You don't have to mentioned about her change in behaviour before and after contract renewal, just let her know the things you want her to improve or change.

You will first process at the HK Philippines Consulate. For procedure and forms, Click HERE. Look under

Transfer (Change Employer)

After which, you will proceed with the visa application at HK Immigration. Procedure, Click HERE.

如果簽証未出就快D叫佢走，但如果visa已出就當比次機會佢，好好同佢傾下，叫佢盡快改善。照計完倒約應該唔會咩都唔掂架，好有可能佢唔想撈!

MrsRose,

I have terminated my maid and her last working day is 30 Sep. I need to buy a ticket for her to go back to Philippine. However, she told me that she want to look for a new employer and she may consider to extend the 14 days if necessary. So, she can't tell the exact departure date for me to book the ticket. So, I am thinking of
1. buy an open ticket for her
2. book ticket first and she can change the departure date by herself. Any fee changes or extra cost will be borne by her.
3. give her a lump sum cash for the estimate amount to buy a ticket so that she can arrange by herself. Don't bother me

Are these 3 ways OK? Which way is better ? Pls help. Thank you.
