Candace已經足咗8歲啦, 而家讀3rd grade. 逢二, 五去Kumon做math & reading. Sat.就Chinese School (Mandarin)加畫畫.
Summer學過swimming(下summer再會學) & violin. Violin暫時唔再學住. 佢好乖女!
Marcus will turn 4 in March. 讀緊preschool (Christian School). 佢好過引& 把口好叻. 但冇Candace咁乖.
英EE仲喺度, 佢三月會返大陸almost 2 months. 到時我死梗!
我已好返好多, swelling冇哂, 而家未敢chew food. 仍然只用門牙chop D soft food咋!

講住咁多先!

yeah.. they did send us all the discount for resort every year.
Last 2 years, we did follow the instruction to join the discount.. dine in disney with character (package), sleep at resort.. that is very easy to manage especially have young children

i realized a lot of asians (chinese & indians) send their kids to the tutoring/learning center such as kumon to strengthern their math and reading/writing, esp. if the kids go to public school.
do u think there'll give pressure to the kids? i might most active boys might not like it.
that's one of my concern of sending our boy to those good public schools. if almost everyone in his class goes to those learning/tutoring center and he doesn't, he might not be competitive in that community.
however, since most private schools have offered the after-school programs, most kids usually stay and don't go to those learning/tutoring centers.

one of our friends send her kid (almost 4) to the fast track kids for $200/month but just once a week. i would rather send our boy to the music class instead.

Hi Nillie,
I know! Most of my friends said I was crazy too! I figured that if I just remove 1 or 2 now, I might have to deal with the other 2 later. So I might as well have all of them removed at the same time lor! 2 days after the surgery, my face was swelling like a "Foul C" (you know those dead body found in water). Then my face changed from Foul C to Pig Head, then to a piece of square bread!

Candace has the least amount of activities among kids that I know! Most kids have at least one kind of music instrument, girls have dancing, boys have soccer or other sport, chess, kung fu...................
The most poor kid (girl) that I knew had 9 activities at the same time!

Sylvan Learning Center and other learning centers are all good! Again, pick the one that fits Amanda's needs is the key!!
With Kumon, they don't really teach the kids (unless the kids have problem with the class work). All they do is to give works for students to do in a timely manner. Then kids move on to different levels.

Did you find another nanny yet? Are you still working at the hospital?

呢個星期係好冷呀..不過佢好快又warm番, then又冷呀.帶一件thick cloth都得..我估你都會係hk買野..嘿嘿..唔洗帶太多野啦.一路玩一路買啦..哈哈.

係呀! Amanda都學ballet (2/week), gym(1/week), music (2/week) all after school program, 再extra 學russian + spanish. so, 佢一定要stay until 5pm (最早) 至放得學.. 但Amanda 日日都好開心... 好enjoy school day.. 佢仲問我有冇得學piano.. 但我同肥bear 怕佢好辛苦... so, 冇俾學.. 佢就日日玩個玩具琴.. 我哋冇俾佢去學, 係咪我哋做錯咗呢?
我哋呢頭有fast track 同sylvan.. 但Amanda 去fast track冇セ用.. 因為佢巳好叻on those area.. 係佢太心散.. so, 我至諗sylvan.. however, 佢9月入private school ... 咁會唔會太辛苦?
