1. 我工人私自開我部泠氣黎訓覺… (問佢點解…佢話風太嘈訓唔到…但答唔到點解唔問我地先…)
2. 叫佢cut hair (bcos already long & not tidy) 佢又唔多願意同埋黑面…
3. 私自在工作時間開TV睇 (照顧bb時)

炒工人好?不好?

hi !

我個工人做唔到嘢,無記性,仲唔記得接小孩放學....無時間觀念,比較馬虎,已經教左3個月啦,又唔記得幫小孩帶上學用品....激死我. only sorry!一日十幾次sorry!人品中平,但做事.......

我在考慮要唔要佢,有無意見比我呀!

如果炒佢,我要怎樣做?才可保障小孩及自己. 要比什麼費用? 買印尼四水機票要多少錢?工人是否一定可留港14日?如果機票買終止合約的第二日可否?有否違背法例?工人有權要求我改機票日期嗎?
.... 有關問題,請多多指導.

Are these 3 ways OK? Which way is better ?

It is number 1 but not open ticket. While buying the ticket for her, you just get a confirm date of flight for her on either 1st or 2nd Oct. However, the ticket have to be valid for change of flight for up to 14 days or more. She can change the date herself by calling the airline should she want to change it.

Anyway, I don't think there is anymore open ticket in the market.

my maid started working for me on 02 march 2007 because i have baby... she verbally informed me today she would like to terminate our contract on 02 nov 2007... i would like to know what i'm expected to do, whether i need to buy her a ticket (she mentioned she doesn't want ticket cuz she'll look for work again), and do i still have to pay the levy for the 2nd semester? what about the insurance i bought her? am i entitled to check her belongings b4 she leaves?

1. 直接同佢講以後唔可以開泠氣訓覺。
2. 之前有無叫佢簽同意書? 有就俾佢睇返，然後俾錢叫佢立即落樓下剪頭髮。
3. 都係直接同佢講，以後唔可以工作時間開TV睇。

炒唔係最好既解決方法，好好同工人講清楚你既要求，俾D時間佢去改善，真係唔得先炒啦。

1) Get her to put her resignation in writing and state the last day of work with you.

2) Under the HK Immigration rulings, she MUST depart HK before she is allowed to start work with her new employer. That means she only have 14 days to stay in HK after termination of contract with you.

3) You are responsible for her travel expenses back to her country of origin. That means you can buy her an air ticket OR give her cash equal to the air ticket value. Its your choice, not hers.

4) Regarding the Levy, you have to pay. IN fact you should had made the 2nd payment on 2nd September already.

5) Check with your own insurance company terms.

6) You can check her belongings. You just point and ask her to take the items you want to see and open it to show to you. As much as possible, try not to touch her things with your own hands.

我菲律賓工人今年２月才到港至今，她只懂／做清潔及洗熨，平日黑瞼馱咀怠懶，對愛心小朋友，我不在家時她不大理４歲多小孩，請問算不算疏忽照顧及職責．（買菜及做菜都交不到她．．:idea: 很多事做不了）．
次次小孩上學吃飯換衣上校車都不準時，次次給校車叔叔打電話給我，有次離譜到遲了４０分鐘，校車叔叔和我都日日提她，但她仍是要日日提．．．．

:-( 快快煮飯．．快些下樓上校車．．．

有次要坐ｔａｘｉ回校；問她（工人）有沒有＄同小孩番學，她說只有＄１００，但我家和學校很遠，而我在公司結果我要由公司去家接小孩和工人去學校，足足遲了１：３０小時

；（事情由因她遲了給吃飯及換校服，以前成日遲婆婆日日來幫她；但她時常有意冇意吵吵鬧鬧，令我都知信誰，只有叫婆婆走開一段時間，　代我們觀察她的人品；結果真是差得很

）我想由她起由她解決．．．要她負責，但她又不願付車費成二百多；說冇．．．（從來她都未能幫我的家裹做些比較有用的事件！！！）可惡！！！
有次在學校弄傷頭部，她在接放學都不懂立即回報給我？？？？直至我放工由自己看見，立刻帶小朋友看醫生；她（工人）完全沒有反應沒有ｓｏｒｒｙ給僱主，請問什麼心態:cry:

在ａｇｅｎｔ之前請她要短髮及人要和藹可親，但現在她要長髮，是否破壞承承諾呢；是否可終止合約呢？？？

The loan is strictly between she and the loan company. What you can do is to instruct her to show you the receipt of payment every month. Or better yet, go with her to see that she make payment immediately after receiving her salary. But DO NOT let the money for payment go through your own hand.

As for the passport, you get her to write and sign a letter that she is giving you her passport for safe keeping out of her own free will.

Taking loan is common among the maids, it is legal. So don't worry so much about it. Most important is she is willing to take the responsibility to pay within her own honest means.

菲傭續約一問

Hi!mrsrose,
想請問與菲傭續約的日期是她到我家工作那日起，兩年後作為約滿日，還是以舊合約的簽訂日期計？例如，我的菲傭與我簽的第一個合約日是在 2005年10月中，而她的到港日是在 2005年12月6日，那麼，她的完約日應是今年10月中，還是今年12月5 日呢？因我想和她續約，下星期辦手續，會否太早？還是太遲呢

你好, thank you for your previous reply, my bun bun finally will arrive tomorrow29/9, i still hv many questions to ask

1. my agent told me that if i want to let her day off on sunday, then this sunday i need to let her day off, is that true? i used to think that she has to complete 7 working days before she is entitled to hv a day off, but if i'll let her dayoff on saturday, then i can let her dayoff next saturday instead.

2. my agent told me that i can let the bun bun not to day off on 勞工假 for the first three months, is that true?

3. i knew some mama in BK set rules for their maid when they come, hwr, my friend asks me not to do so, coz it will make the bun bun feeling unhappy when she comes and will affect her working attitude, what do u think?

4. what if i don't set family rules and schedule for her and just told her what to do every day in the morning, is that workable?

5. is that legal for we to ask the bun bun to sign on our rules if i set for her? does she has the right not to sign it?

6. my home will not set any ip cam, my parents can't come to check the maid very often as well, whatelse can i do to check her behaviour/attitude towards my bb?

7. i will not bring the bun bun for medical check up again, can i rely on the results provided by the agents?
