My husband does not allow me to go to Dr. Tsang for the 4D scan. He said un-necessary scan should be avoided... I just had my private doctor check last Sat and I will have my public hospital check next Mon, so, it is really too much if I go to visit Dr. Tsang during this week or next week...
Anyway, I have already convinced myself not to think about this anymore (although I really want to take the 4D scan...), could save the $500 and buy 1/100 "hand" HSBC lar! Hahahahaha
I started drinking soya milk and "chi ma woo". My mom told me not to eat water melon until last month.
Doctor told me not to eat that much because my baby is already pretty big. How high is your placeta now? Mine is 29 cm long. Anyone knows what should be the normal length for 28 weeks?
and so I won't go to that the 4D scan also... but anyway, as long as both the doctors (public + private) said my baby is fine (he's now in week 25 and weighs 2.5 pounds), I'll be very happy la.
however, originally the schedule of visiting private and public doctors should be separated by 2 weeks... I don't know the reason why the schedule now merged together... so, in middle of the month, I have to visit both of them within the same week... well, for the public doctor, Dr John Liu will only use his equipment to listen baby's heart beat and no ultrasound scan will be taken... for private doctor, Dr Yu will only use ultrasound scan to view my baby... I think that's okay gua?!

I've two relatives who both give birth last week, one is a baby girl weighs 7 pounds and the other is a baby boy weighs only 5+ pounds... I'm looking forward to see my monkey baby in August...
I've already brought two after-birth 收腹帶 from maternity stores... coz I know it must be very expensive if I buy them in Union hospital... :-P
it costs nearly $400 each... (I think it's expensive too... coz that shop is Gennies)... since I brought all the underwears and pre-natal support bend from there .. .so, I used to purchase the post-natal things in there too...
moreover, I've also brought two girdle underwears from there too... which is used to wear from 2nd month after birth onwards...
another thing is that if you prepare to breastfeed, the after-birth 收腹帶 can be used for natural stoppage of milk if you need... (less hazard brings compare with taking drugs or 'soft dou si soup')...

The Gennies after-birth 收腹帶 is very expensive... I think I will either go to Ho Fa or just buy it from Baptist. My friend, who has used both the Ho Fa's and Baptist's 收腹帶, she said the Baptist one is better, that's why I asked for the brandname and price.
For the girdle, is it like the one that we wear with the wedding dress? I think I will buy those post-natal items later.
