1. 想請問宜家請菲妹係唔係較煩，因為ｏ個邊ｄ　ｐｏｌｉｃｙ成日改. 我問過個agent, 佢話宜家o係o個邊請人過黎, 要比萬一蚊, 仲唔知過唔過到黎, 佢就叫我請印印, 請問係唔係真架?

2. 印印好d, 定菲姐好d?

3. 因為我唔同mami住, 但mami會幫我照顧bb, 有時bb日頭會留在mami屋企, 如果要姐姐同埋一齊o係mami屋企幫手, 會有問題嗎?

請問新來港工人驗身報告出左咩問題先至有足够理由免補又可以炒, 如果我唔信佢喺菲律賓嘅驗身報告要求佢再喺香港驗, 出嚟嘅報告同佢喺菲律賓果份唔一樣, 我可唔可以用呢個理由叫佢走又唔駛補呢?

工人第一個約會有14日大假, 咁係咪放大假就一定要離境至算係放大假, 如果我喺10 月份要去旅行果4日(閒日)可唔可以當大假咁放比佢而佢又冇離境? 如果佢唔肯我可唔可以用其他星期日同佢交換呢?

請問印印份驗身報告寫了以下comment:

1. 廢話連篇，係有新Policy但影響不大。
2. 印/菲都有好工人，要是乎你需要。
3. 絕對有問題，法例規定工人只可在合約地址工作。所以唯有請伯母去你屋企睇bb及工人。

驗身報告出問題可免補又可以炒，要Agent承擔呢個責任。

放大假唔一定要離境。工人同意可扣大假。最緊要係佢同意。

ANS: False. She is entitled for 勞工假 for the first three months. But she is not entitled to be paid for those 勞工假.

3. i knew some mama in BK set rules for their maid when they come, hwr, my friend asks me not to do so, coz it will make the bun bun feeling unhappy when she comes and will affect her working attitude, what do u think?

ANS: It is better that you tell her your expectations and house rules immediately rather then to let her make mistakes first then correct her. You employ a maid is to make your life easier and better, not to make you unhappy.

4. what if i don't set family rules and schedule for her and just told her what to do every day in the morning, is that workable?

ANS: It will work if you are not a fussy person and she has initiatives. However, it would be better that you set your schedule with a timing as she may not adapt so fast in the beginning.

5. is that legal for we to ask the bun bun to sign on our rules if i set for her? does she has the right not to sign it?

ANS: If its all reasonable and her signature is simply to ackknowledge that she had read and understand the content. However it may not be legal binding. She has all the rights not to sign it.

6. my home will not set any ip cam, my parents can't come to check the maid very often as well, whatelse can i do to check her behaviour/attitude towards my bb?

ANS: You get a 3G phone for yourself and put one at home. You can call back to ask the maid to show you your baby everynow and then, just tell her that you miss your baby. Also, you baby feeling wouldn't lie, very soon you can tell if your baby is comfortable being taken care by this maid.

7. i will not bring the bun bun for medical check up again, can i rely on the results provided by the agents?

ANS: Normally when the maid arrive in HK on the first day, she will be brought to the medical lab for check up. The agent will inform about the result and give you your maid medical result to keep. If you have still have doubt about your agent credibility and the medical center they use, then bring her to your own doctor.

我預產期08年 2月尾3月頭, 印印在10/9/07 已經出了 visa ,
agency 問我想佢幾月到hk, 你有什麼意見呢? 我老公話12月到hk, 我本來想 1月到hk, 有時又想佢11月到, 因怕佢唔掂, 仲有time 去change 第二個工人,, 不知點好, 有d 人又話機位好full, 唔係你話佢幾時來就來到....
agency 話3個月內到去取visa 之後再等大約 3weeks 便可到hk

如果經濟許可既話，安排11或12月到、早3幾個月到比較好，一來印印要比較長時間先會上手，二來萬一真係唔掂都有時間換人，三來你臨生前比較辛苦有人服侍都好架。

我決定炒咗工人，費事煩，加上佢近排表現越來越差。手續是否這樣:

1. 補一個月
2. 計年假補$
3. 單程機票
4. 如果十月一日通知, 可否叫她即走?
5. 要唔要叫第工者做證人, 拍video?
6. 仲要佢簽的什麼文件?

照勞工法例係可以唔續約，但工人/工會用其它法例去告你，例如平機會...

I am now 3-month pregnant and I have a few questions about hiring bun bun:

1. Should I hire local bun bun or send them from their home if I want her to look after my new born?

2. Is there any areas in Philippines that are loo backward that you would not recommend me to hire? (Cos they might not know how to use electric appliances)

3. Is bun bun smarter than 印印 in looking after new born?
