我之前見其他bk媽咪話要食"恭和堂"先得, 因為清熱毒夠正宗同無咁寒, 同埋佢地都會標榜佢地隻kwai ling 膏連大肚婆都食得, 而我只知"海x堂"個隻十分寒涼, 普通人食完都會見暈

龍婆，

我係食“養和堂”架，我阿媽話總之冇涼粉草就可以食得。不過，我阿媽同我家姐推薦食“海天堂”，佢地話“海天堂”真材實料喎﹝我家姐之前兩個b都係食“海天堂”﹞，不過因為我屋企附近冇，所以我就揀咗我屋企附近的“養和堂”。我食之前已經問過養和堂d人佢地d kwai ling 膏有冇涼粉草，但係佢地話比我聽佢地唔知有冇呢個成份，不過佢地話佢地d kwai ling 膏有好多孕婦係8個月咁上下都會去食，同埋我見佢地kwai ling 膏既介紹話可以去胎毒，所以我諗孕婦食應該冇問題，所以我就揀咗佢。我到而家已經食過6、7次lu，而家差唔多個零至兩個禮拜一次。其實我係諗住一個星期食一次架，不過有時就唔到時間，所而咪個零兩個禮拜食一次羅。

我打完頭先段message之後，見你咁覆nn，咁我諗其實係咪要睇個人個底子而選擇邊間呢，因為我屋企人平日全部都係食“海天堂”，佢地又唔見有乜問題喎﹝touchwood﹞，而因為我近“養和堂”，所以我一直食開佢，咁其實係唔係要揀你平日食開個間呢??

註：我啱啱打咗去“養和堂”總店，佢地話佢地d kwai ling 膏孕婦都可以食喎。

the girdle is more 'supportive' than we wear with the wedding dress ... the sales said the most effective and efficient timing for us to recover (or to an exact term, to re-allocate our fats to more appropriate positions) our body shape is the first three months. Therefore, after wearing the 收腹帶 in the first month, I'll change it to wear the girdle... to further strengthen my tummy skin and muscle... coz I don't want to have a belly tummy like my mom...

I agree Gennies is very expensive (well, compare with those super expensive shop like Formes... Gennies is just a bit... ) but since I brought most of my pre-natal underwears there... and find them quite okay, so... I'll 'cut my meat' and buy these few things loh...

P.S. I admire you guys so much that can eat water melons... and other 'cold' things... coz I hunger for these favourite things for a long long time....

I can eat 1/2 water melon per day too... :-P :-P :-P

你地已經食涼野啦, 我都係食過一次腐竹糖水, 都想食西瓜, 但好多人話足8個月會好點, 所以我會忍口到8個月先大食.

我今日lunchtime去了吉之島, 見到好多BB的牀上用品都做緊85折, 而衫仔就做緊9折. 牀上用品有武名, 翠兒, Mickey mouse, 黃鴨仔, 0/3 baby.

孕婦有情緒波動其實我都覺得架，有時為咗少少野就會好擔心，又或者為咗少少野就會唔開心，同埋而家我地個肚大咗，唔多唔少都會辛苦d，起碼個胎都重d，條腰要承受既壓力都多d啦，重有就係因為個胎盤向上升緊，都會有d頂胃既感覺，胃口都會差d架。我老公有時都話覺得我有情緒波動架。不過，你地做老公既多d關心個老婆，做太太既心情都會好d架。不過，其實你見你太太有情緒波動時，你不況問下佢有咩事，第一你可以同佢分擔下，另外比佢感覺你關心佢，唔會不聞不問﹝我都知其實有時你地唔出聲唔係因為你地唔覺得有野，不過你地唔知問唔問好，咪扮冇野﹞，但係我又覺得就算佢唔想講，佢都會feel到你關心佢吖嗎，唔會對佢d野不聞不問。以我老公為例，佢有時見我好似有d唔開心，佢都會問下我做乜野架。老實講，就算有時真係唔想比佢知我自己諗d乜野儍野，我都感覺到佢關心我吖。

我呢，其實已經開始食涼野喇，不過我諗都而視乎自己既身體情況既，如果你擔心太太身體受唔得太涼，咪等遲少少先開始食羅，費時一路食一路係度擔心吖。另外，你問腐竹糖水有乜用，其實腐竹糖水都係屬於涼野，d人話食多d係生個時會好生d喎。

其實我响公司都忍唔住有食下朱古力! 但如果老公係度的話佢就會"限住"我食幾多零食, 樣樣都只可食少少(用嗲功都無用) 真係無引 :-P

我老公反而乜都質我食，好似紅豆冰咁﹝我好鐘意食紅豆冰﹞，就算我話太凍唔食，佢都話唔驚喎，食啦，又唔係成日食，食少少唔驚喎。朱古力個d，佢會同我講話睇過新聞報導話食朱古力個bb會開心d，佢都叫我食架。所以我都好以ssassa咁乜鬼野都食架。

My mom instructs me that I can only start to eat watermelon in July onwards... ooooo

煲薑醋? Of coz :-P I love to eat... but according to chinese custom, it should be my mother-in-law's duty...he he :-P

but my mom will cook a special pot for me... that's only ginger and eggs, no 'fat pig foots' :-P coz my mom said post-natal women should not eat too 'greasy' things... he he... (totally opposite to my 'nai nai' said... and luckily that my mom will take care of me instead of her... :-P )

My mom-in-law said she'll start to 煲薑醋 in one month before my EDD... so she will start to do it in July...

Thanks for answering my question. How do you find the course that you've attended so far?
Since this is my 2nd pregnancy, I haven't attended any couse. But I'm thinking of getting some souvenir and refresh my memory of taking care of new born.....

其實個course分四堂，分別為四個topic：產前、生產過程、產後同埋bb護理。如果對呢d topic冇乜idea既，其實上下都無況既，資料其實都幾豐富，唯一我覺得最唔好既就係個助產士會問非所答。不過，佢送既禮物又真係唔錯架，好似我今次就有肚紋膏、腳部舒緩膏、網褲、產婦衛生巾、床墊、沖洗器、幾款既bb禮物包，咁其實可以講話免費上堂既。

my comment is quite similar to jollydophin...

The gifts are good and useful... I like the strechmark cream and the post-natal gift set...

the tutor is nice actually but sometimes she is too enthusiastic in telling you the 'topic' of your question about than the 'specific question' that you ask... :-P

and the course is not expensive -- $380 for 4 lessons with compliment of around $800 (they said)
gifts.
