賓賓將會放假, 我是否應該要求她親手寫放假信? 信的內容可否要求 "假若該日期前未能回港, 即當工人自動終止合約, 不能追討一個月代通知金" ?
另外, 我最怕萬一工人走佬, 冇人照顧小朋友, 雖然她寫了以上的一封信, 但入境處/勞工處話需要再寄掛號信/打電話去聯絡工人, 問佢返唔返, 這樣做我是可能會2-3個月冇工人用?
你覺得要求工人在放假前寫低離職信有用嗎? 我覺得就算要求佢地寫, 入境/勞工處都話要有証明有通知過工人, 一係要我單方面終止合約 (可能會被工人追討一個月代通知金).....

My maid will come to HK in mid oct knew she need to do the chk up in Philippine under the standard procedure. May i know will i get any result from them ? Will that be reliable to trust ? If there is no supporting do i still need to take my maid for another body chk after she arrive ? ( I had arranged a body chk for her b4 i hire her).

我個agent 好離譜, 工人來前兩天先話佢未比尾數來唔到, 一日拖一日拖足了10 日,工人仲未到手, 而家我話唔等要佢refund 佢連電話都唔覆我, 我可向那裡投訴同埋如何要求佢地賠償, 佢浪費了我的假期同埋2個kids 無人照顧,現在各散東西. 請幫忙及回應. 可否pm 我呢.

Hello Hello, I am going to terminate my existing maid's contract as I found she is not suitable for me such as not careful for my kids (main main reason), not initiative, ....
By the way, we already find someone to replace her just need waiting for the working visa. My husband wants to give her one month notice to save money. I just want to know what I should prepare for her to sign such as a one month notice letter. (how to write) anything else?

我睇你既信箱睇得多,真估不到今次都倫到我有問題請教!昨天我解僱了我的工人,朝早同佢講叫佢執好晒野同佢返AGENT,響AGENT面前講好賠一個通知金,年假,機票一張,及今個月人工等等,待出機票期間,借去廁所為名一走了.........(因我買即日機票要佢走,佢要留香港14日搵新僱主)吾要passport, 吾要$$$, 吾要行李.......agent話已經有公會教佢做野!!!十五日內會收到勞工處封信,到最後我地都要去勞工處見面架喇.
