I have just finished packing the 媽咪走佬袋, which has the following things:
1. 個人用品 (cream, eye gel, toner, 棉花片, 牙刷牙膏, 水杯, 沐浴露, 洗頭水, 浴帽, 拖鞋, 梳, mirror, 大浴巾, 面巾, 保溫杯)
2. 盒裝紙巾, 衛生紙, 濕紙巾
3. 床墊1包, 網褲 x 3, 沖洗瓶, 即棄乳墊 x 20
4. 貼既高潔絲產婦衛生巾2包
5. 筆記簿及原子筆, 密碼鎖
仲未執:
6. 產後腰封
7. 自己的出院衫, 內褲, 餵奶胸圍
8. 手提電話
9. 乾髮浴帽
Also need to pack BB必需品袋:
1. 嬰兒出院衫及包被、手套、腳套、扣針
2. 初生嬰兒紙尿片1包
3. 包嬰兒毛巾2條
4. 棉花片
5. 即棄towel (廚房用那種大卷紙巾,for餵奶用,代替口水肩)
She started her talk of pre-natal stage, the development of an egg to a foetus and to a baby... with some 'very real' photos for illustration... the changes in a mom-to-be in these 280 days... and so... these are not related to the topic at all... :-P
Afterwards, she explained every stage of delivery process with photos for illustration and so I started to frighten of seeing these bloody pictures...
placenta, a newborn baby just after delivery...
So, I think you hadn't missed much even you came late for 30 mins...coz you had seen these bloody photos...
Just returned home from PWH... very tired... I have waited for the doctor for nearly 2 hours and she just saw me for <10 min... originally, I planned to ask her why I have the contraction so often and for so long period... but I forgot to ask :-( :-( :-( :-P :-P huh.... need to wait for next time
