That is what I do all day long, nagging him all the time, sometime I found myself like a “長舌婦”. I hope the magic moment of “mentally click” will happen to him asap la, otherwise, I will have mentally-disorder!!! :evil:

Exactly, I get all the positive comments from his school, he is polite, gentle, follows all class rule but when he gets home, he is completely different. Sometime, I just told myself, may be he is normal and that is just part of his growing – 啊Q精神 :mrgreen:

Oh, don’t let me frighten you, as Bluestar said, you have ½ & ½ chance for an angle baby, still worth to try ma. My son was an angle from birth to 3.5 yrs old then gradually turns into a monster, so the worst comes to worst, you will have 3-4 yrs of honeymoon period

ORT is categorised into fiction and non-fiction.

For fiction side, they are divided into 16 stages, under which stage 10-16 refers to Treetops. Each stage has "More Stories" on top of the "Trunk stories". And there're also "Robin" series, "Sparrow" series, "Treetop Allstar" series and much more, which serve as an extension adding breath to reading.

Actually the stories of different stages may not be totally irrelevant, especially after stage 5, cos most stories are developed around the magic key found by Kipper which can bring him to mysterious places.

My view is that ALL ORT books are systematic, well-written, and most importantly the stories are funny. So I cannot screen out any one of them from reading..

I bought ORT for more than a year, but I found my son liked reading those books just around half year ago!!

Do you have RC VCD-No. 4 ? (The 2sets x 5VCDs per set from Idxx).
I found last night that my son / ??? broke this one so would like to borrow and .....

Also asked my hubby to make a copy each of the Scholastic DVDs I bought from Costco, and Peter Rabbit DVDs from Idxx, otherwise will end in same fate !!

Maybe they have used up all their "乖"quota in school leaving only the "曳"quota for home.

My son was also a vvv good baby / boy until around 3y-3.5y. If you ever see a boy hitting his mummy with fist (拳頭) near MTR there is a high chance that you have seen us.

Yes, I've got them ah. But as far as I know, RC should have only 6 VCDs jar wor.... I've no idea on the 2 x 5VCD set ... is it another poor-quality series called RC 動動樂園 whatever .... ???

Be honest, I also found my son has dual character which he always shows his best at school and devil face at home la!!

4. Stage 3: Trunk stories, More stories A & B, First Phonics (4 packs)
5. Stage 4: Trunk stories, More stories A & B (3 packs)
6. Stage 5: Trunk stories, More stories A & B & C (4 packs)
7. Stage 6&7: Trunk stories, More Stores 6A, More Storeis 7A, More Stories 6A& B (4 packs)
8. Stage 8: Trunk stories, More Stores A (2 packs)

There're altogether 34 packs of books with price ranged from$180-$4XX. Suppose each pack costs $250 on avg, total would be around $8K~9K.

btw, as the books of OST (Oxford Story Tree) are all extracted from ORT, some of them may be overlapped and no need to buy if you've got OST la.

I've just watched the film "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" last night with my hubby, the actor of Charlie is so AWFUL!!! A bit looks like Jim Carrey...

btw, the story is nice and warm cos it talked about families and love...... :mrgreen:
