We all here are joining MSL to lose weights.
When you join the course, MSL doesn't provide any slimming machines nor extra fee. Just assign a nutrionist to follow your own case and keep on your progress. Provide different menu in calories and control your food quantities.
Keep fit is a long-term progress. So ... if you follow the provided menu, keep on doing exercise everyday, don't eat snacks, probably your weights don't rebound much.
Since I joined MSL, I learnt what food are good to me and what are rubbish.
Until now, patlo got the best results !!
And honeybbb lost 3.6 lbs for only 2 days.
For me, I'm just the average !!!
