My #1 didn't manage to be trained before he went to nursery (for 2-year-olds). I let him wear training pants to school. After 2 months or so, the teachers initiated to help me train him and asked me not to let him wear training pants but bring an extra pair of pants to school. It was very successful indeed. Thanks to the kind teachers.
