do you breastfeed or bottle feed? When I bottle fed Rara, I pumped at first 6~7 times a day, (he was breastfed once a day). That is, the same no. of times he had milk. Later when milk supply increased, I reduced to 4 times so that I could have about enough milk to feed and a bit more for storage.
Now I only breastfeed my little bb. So I pump only once a day. And I plan to pump more often when I am about to return to work so as to increase the milk supply and let my breast get used to pumping.
