I think you don't need to wait but you can see 1 more doctor to confirm it.
To me, I saw a doctor at 6wk and he said there was no heart beat. then, I saw another doctor to confirm it at 6.5wk. At last, I saw the first doctor again at 7.5wk and confirm there's no heart beat and the bb 'long' was too small. then, i did the operation the next day. so i've never seen the heart beat.
my doctor said miscarriage is very common. it's only the problem of embryo. i can try after 2-3 months. if people have miscarriage for 3 times, it's serious case and they must test DNA.
don't be too sad. i was sad at the beginning and now i'm fine and i think i can recover soon.
now, i focus on other things, say new flat, travel and plan when to try again.
though i'm 32 now, i think i still have chances. i tried for 8 months and did 1st iui then bingo.
I think you guys are right. No need to wait. Now I am 流啡, I think soon bleeding will happen.
Unfortunately, here in Japan, I won't be accepted to E&R because I am not bleeding heavily yet. Though I am painful now, still I have to wait until tomorrow morning.

When I have my first baby, my baby has no heartbeat around 9-10 weeks. Then, I had abortion operation immediately. Also, I am very sad at the beginning. But, I have two babies, one is 4 years and the other one is nearly 2 years. Please don't give up, you will have a cute baby.
