lie to 婆婆 go to buy somthing and go out at 6:30in the
morning, but not come back. I call her but cannot
contact. Until around ten o'clock, the agent call me she
was in their side. she said she come back around eight
o'clock, but nobody at home and wait monent, and than go to agent.
Now, how can I do? because my agent tell me. ask her
today 4/7 come to pick up her belonging by herself. no
need her to sign anything. she will go back go agent to
sign the documents and take the salary. is it correct?
can it protect me? (The agent just ask her only to come)
Should I need her to sign something first at home?
Should I calculate the salary to her at once when after
she pick up at home?
Have anything I must do?
What documents should I need her to sing?

1st of all, don't let your maid take anything from in your house, although it is her property!
You have to ask you maid to give you a resignation letter with 1 month notice salary, then do the final calculation in from of the agent and you have to take video on the whole progress. (Coz your agent is not liable), ask the agent as witness and sign on the document too (with company chop is the best).
Then you can let her take her stuff and make video record for the progress.
At this stage, please check whether you lost something valueables on your side.
2. Ask maid (agent)send you her resignation letter. Otherwise, she is 抗工，you could fire her without compensate. Tell the agent to send you a letter, prove that the maid had stay with them from July 2 till now (prove the maid is not working in the contract address without permission)
3. Contact Labour Department about this case, and settle the final payment with witness of Labour Department staff.
Do it now! I know it is hard to start doing this, but you have to protect yourself and safe the evidence as much as you can in case it finally go to court.
Don't trust what agent said, they will not responsible for any mistake or any lost from you. I can see now, you agent is not a good agent!
