It is good to swim (生BB就容易生以及身體恢復得比較好) during the middle of your pregnancy (16 weeks ~ 28 weeks).
I also go to swim with my daughter (14 months) 4-5 times this year already.
Just be careful of the slippery floor and not over tired is ok.

I know swimming is good, but during my last pregnancy I also swam for 6 weeks as the books recommend. However, I got a serious back pain and my pain went away after I stopped swimming and it took me 12 hours to deliver my boy. As a result, I still don't know if it is good. I swim yesterday and my lower back ache again!!! Sould I say that swimming is good??-( ?-( ?-(
