My shell card is offering 0.7 rebate per liter, but it's going to be replaced by citibank shell card, which offered similar rebate.

Is there any better offer in the market (including other gas company)?

Yes. My motor insurance company offers oil card with $1.2 discount per litre.

白建時道油站 (好似是中國石油) 用 HK Bank 或中銀信用咭有 9% off 即每升約 $1.2。

Any 油咭 recommended?
