peak 173lbs ,
5 days after giving birth 160lbs,
now at 5 & a half month 133lbs,
still has 20+ lbs to go.....
i'm doing exercise with "cindy crawford the next challenge workout dvd". it works, but i never knew it was so hard.... i used to find it very easy, now.....?!
i feel like there's a thin person inside of me screaming to get out!

now 4.5months~128lbs
even i'm on diet, no improvement
i have join physical but no time to do ex. becos i have a lots of office works to do after that i rush back home to see my bb

I was 98lbs before pregnancy, gained 36 pounds from pregnancy. When my baby was about 2 months old, went back to 103lbs.
Now, more or less 97lbs. But my arms are stronger than ever.
We don't have helper, so I am the maid for our family. Wake up at 7am, clean the house after feeding the baby, wash all the clothes, breakfast then kip together with my baby. Have a walk in the park every afternoon before lunch and shopping etc.
Just eat normal, do exercise, don't be lazy at home, then you will have shapely body. Don't need to pay a penny as well!
