I fired my maid yesterday. she is a good girl, but not suitable to take care new born.
She did not know how to take care my new born , so I have to fire her. For my baby, i should find an experience one. She is a careless maid sometimes. I do thing for my baby.
however, my maid is good in doing house work, obey, did not argue, hard working, care my baby and play with my baby..everyday I observe her every day in I-cam, she is very hard working in doing her work
when I fire her, sshe cry....then she asked to hug me for a while, then she go.
she stay in Hong Kong for 14 days, I hope she can find a job, taking care elderly or so.
