剛剛有間 agent refer 左個 maid 比我地, 個 maid aged 24, 係賓來既. 佢0係沙地做過 2 年, 話湊過 2 個小朋友, 1 個係 aged 4, 另一個係 newborn. 跟住就0係 hk 做左 2 年, 今日完約.

我頭先同個 maid 既 employer contact 過, 佢話個 maid 都係聽話既, 唔會駁嘴, 不過無 mud 記性, 佢 take 左個 example, 話好似叫佢定時 clean 一樣嘢, 佢係會做, 但係一排之後就無做, 我諗呢個差唔多係所有工人都有既問題...

不過佢就提過一點, 就係佢而家都有一個同我個仔一樣大既 bb, 4.5月, 佢話佢唔放心比佢湊, 因為佢無 mud exp 湊咁細個, 而家佢個 bb 都係佢 mami 幫手睇既. 個 employer 講左幾次, 話如果我地個 bb 咁細, 叫我地諗清楚, 特別係我地無老人家0係屋企睇住佢...

我問佢咁佢覺得個 maid 湊佢個大既湊得好唔好, 有無愛心, 佢就話覺得個 maid 可以投入 d 咁同佢個小朋友玩, 覺得個 maid 對個小朋友就好似當係一份工咁...

重有佢寫自己係天主教徒, 但係個 employer話佢 sunday 應該唔係去 church, 淨係去 central 搵佢 d fnds...不過佢出去既時候就唔會話化晒裝, 著得都好普通下.

個 employer 同佢既家人 (我老公0係電話聽倒後面有老人家講) 就話個 maid個人就無問題既... 今晚我知佢地會同個 maid 出去食飯 farewell...

想問下大家, 你地點睇呢個工人, 會唔會考慮呢?

唔會lo,因ex-employer ge comment都係一般,揍小朋友都唔得.

我覺得你可以再interview下其他maid,因為你主要都希望佢湊好你個bb,起碼佢都要投入用心啦!!因為一簽就兩年,你個b到時都兩歲,如果正如前僱主所講,佢只係當一份工,我相信佢唔會有咩心機去同bb溝通和玩耍,又正如前僱主話叫你諗清楚,似乎有言外之意

我就覺得揍bb要請個肯用心的，當一份只是工作，比較易出事，因為bb細唔識講只會喊，佢無耐性的話對bb同工人都唔係好事。

現時我的印有耐性及愛心，我小b喊時，佢已經估到是什麼事，這是工人揍BB用心領會出來的，否則BB得不到好的照顧，你又不放心，工人也做得不開心。

揍BB同做家務是兩回事，你小心想清楚 / 見多幾個才決定吧。

我是07年06月的新手媽咪，請多指教喔！

小豬豬於2007年6月3日20:45出世了，只是個六磅仔，體重小了點，但總叫健健康康！！  
滿月了，體重有8.5磅，大隻仔了一點點！！
兩個月人仔，有差不多11磅了！！
四個月豬豬，有14.5磅了，真係叻叻豬！！
六個月豬豬，有16.5磅，比別的 bb 高了一點喔！！

我都有諗過大家既意見, 覺得個 ex employer 都比左 d hints 我地... c 啦, 咁點算呢? 真係好頭痛...

唔洗頭痛,正如我之前所講:你要花d時間,無計啦!!我之前因為請海外工人,結果工人又沒有來,我足足等左3個月,然後先由頭開始再請本地工人,我足足用左5個幾月(第一次請工人的我很心急,又怕我阿媽沒有體力湊bb,加上阿媽唔想湊,我又要返工,那段日子很難熬過)
不過我同老公努力地interview工人,現在請個工人都好好!!!
俾心機啊!!

Watch out bad agencies if you are looking for locally available maids. I was almost cheated once.

I interviewed a maid and she looked pretty good and came to my home for a trial. Everything seemed to be ok. But when I asked to contact her employer, the agent tried every means to discourage me, saying that her employer was a bad person and would lie and say something bad about the maid. But I insisted to talk to the employer. The agent then said they would try to arrange. But every time they either said the employer was busy or nobody home. All sort of excuses.

Since the maid was finishing contract, I thought she shouldn't be too bad. Moreover I needed a maid urgently. I almost agreed to sign her but insisted that she should meet me again and show up to sign the contract and other documents together with me. But she did not appear on the day.

I tried to contact the maid myself ( she left her number when she came to my home for trial) but nobody answered the call. The agent asked me to sign up and PAY first and they would get the maid to sign later on. I asked them to write down the name of the maid on the receipt as a condition for payment but they refused.

I felt something was wrong and I called off the deal. I called the maid again a few times and she answered the call at last and told me that she had got the visa to work in Canada, so she could not work for me. So I realised why the agent stopped me from contacting her employer!

So be careful in selecting your agent. Do not always trust what they tell you. Ask as many questions as you can. If you don't feel fully comfortable, don't pay.

我請的是印尼工人,佢係完約的,而且又能聯絡到僱主,前僱主都讚佢乖.我覺得你如果請本地工人就一定在interview時要問多d問題,由佢回答的時候,你會留意到佢一d好/缺點,講真,我個agent都唔係好,因為佢明知我想請人湊b,interview時,agent都沒有同我篩選過,一次過彈左成12個工人俾我同老公interview,跟本有d工人完全不是我的要求(怪靈精怪),幸好在十幾個工人中我選了一個,我地同佢傾左都好耐,而且又能找到前僱主,所以就成功請佢.
如果你對於interview工人有咩問題,你可pm我聯絡我,我樂意幫你,因為之前我都係因為有好朋友的幫忙,才能知道問工人咩問題.
