i've a small hard node on one side of the breast, it is not painful when i press on it. is it block /乳線炎? i try to massage and press when BB suck but it's still there. do i need to see a doc?

我估係塞了吧?! 乳房有冇紅腫? 如冇, 而且又冇發燒, 唔係乳腺炎.
bb啜的時候, 你有冇同時用手推/按那粒野, 幫手推那粒奶去nipple? 除了可以試俾bb啜, 又可以試下泵或用手擠奶.
我上次nipple附近有一粒野, 有少少痛, 泵同俾bb啜都唔得, 結果用手擠了幾次, 每次擠完後又出番來, 直到第三/四次擠完 (攪左over 24hrs), 終於冇再起一粒野了.

冇紅腫, 又冇發燒, it's not painful when i press on it. and it is not near the nipple but high up in the chest. i've tried to press and push when BB sucks but it does not move. can i just ignore it??
