My maid is so careless and stupid and we do not feel safe to let her stay at home with my baby.

So what we do now is to take the baby and the maid to my mother-in-law's home everyday (my wife and I go to work) and the maid takes care of the baby overthere (no need to do any houseworks). After work, we will take the baby back and go home togehter with the maid.

Is it illegal ?

我自己認為不犯法,你又無叫佢係另一居所做野,你可以向工人解釋,你暫時未懂得自己在家照顧bb,我會要你去婆婆到,等婆婆幫o下手,何況佢只係照顧bb,但在這樣情況,你可以看出這個工人是否好人囉,如果你無叫佢做野佢又自己做,我覺得到時比多少少人工佢都可以,大家開心o者,

"...你可以看出這個工人是否好人囉,". this is good point...of course she does nothing (cos my mother in law already have another maid). On the other hand, she agrued with my mother-in-law and show black face to her.

但係有機會比工人反告你要佢去另一個地方做野，到時口同鼻拗...
去你奶奶度，無其他人証明佢係個度唔做野...
只係帶你個ｂ去會好Ｄ...
工人嘛，更係要佢留係屋企做野啦...　無ｂ更加要做得更好，因為做野少左（無睇ｂ），同埋唔洗走黎走去一路睇ｂ，一路做野...

淨係睇b梗係唔犯法啦,但有咩証據証明你無要佢係另一家做野呢?
佢告你,你都預左輸九成,無謂搏吖!
將個B交比老人家湊囉,或者,老人家來你屋企睇住囉.

我覺得冇問題囉，點解工人帶bb 去自己朋友屋企玩冇問題，帶bb 去會所玩冇問題，帶bb 去沙灘玩冇問題，帶去海洋公園玩冇問題，甚至帶bb去東京迪士尼住埋酒店都冇問題，偏偏一講到去62 99 公公婆婆親戚屋企就咁多忌諱，真係完全冇道理。

我相信行得正企得正，點解要怕咗d工人，搞到自己進退失據，咪當佢去training，等62 99 教佢點揍仔啦。

因為去朋友屋企都係一次半次，但６２９９係日日都去...

but what can I do ? My maid's mood is very unstable, I really don't want to risk the life of my baby, I have palnned to put my baby at nursury (it is more safe then staying with the maid). Once the nursury is confirmed, she will be fired.

But for the time being, my mother-in-law can watch my maid, make sure she takes care fo the baby properly.

如果裝cam錄工人在6299家的活動，可唔可以當証據証明佢只係照顧bb而沒有做任何家務呢？?-(

又，如果我日日都要工人帶bb去公園，人地又會唔會以為我叫工人去公園做副業呢？?-(

咁工人又點証明去到6299度要做家務先？如工人日日趁買送走去印尼舖打等，唔通又當佢去做工？?-(

個人認為，佢要告，都要有証據囉。

no la, I got scared by those maid. I think I will only have another maid is when my baby know how to talk. :lol:

唔係dum dum下又唔搵架喇...
because the early my baby can go to nursury will be in September, therefore we need that moody maid until end of this month.

Ziramas話佢既mother-in-law自己都有maid, 所以佢工人同亞B係主人上班時留係外母家應該唔犯法喎!

Yes, my mother-in-law (MIL) already got her own maid (I really want to exchange the maid with her (her maid works very very fast, very polite, smart, walk fast and very tidy...my maid didn;t have her hair cut for 3 months...looks like a crazy hen :mrgreen: ). So..no need for my maid to help.

帶bb去公園，帶個個係自己個ｂ咪得囉...　其他我都覺得唔好攪...

工人日日趁買送走去印尼舖打等＜－呢Ｄ係佢吞pop，而且係個度佢都唔洗郁...

而家問題係表面証供已經可以上 court 嘈（垃圾政府）...
佢地又唔洗pay，又有機會有筆錢，何樂而不為...

除非到時佢９９個工人肯出庭作証，証明個工人無做野...

如果工人在合約上之外的地方工作, 不論照顧bb或其它, 都會有好大的空間比工人日後告僱主, 所以呢種情況可免則免了, 因為現時的工人咩都可以告, 同埋咁細個bb每天都要出出入入都幾煩, bb又要適應環境 :lol:

First, I don't think this is illegal in any aspect.

Then even you are being sued, the maid will not win. Judge believes in evidence. Someone doesn't work at all can't make a perfect story as how she works everyday. When in the court she will be cross examined as to the details of the work she performed everyday. Also you have another maid who can be your witness to testify in court.

Therefore there is nothing to be afraid of.

But phycologially get prepared for the worst and most likely you will only be fined.

而家我地係講緊有可能既情況...
亦都有可能係無事...　但你就要驚呢樣野囉...
有機會佢本身有心屈你�夾埋工會屈你�比人教壞屈你�夾埋agent屈你...

你可以考慮係９９度裝cam黎昅住佢，留返証據（最好係有色＆聲個隻，因有２個工人，避免mixed up）

同埋或者將ｂ放係９９度一段時間囉...
