我7月中sent左份form, 但8月打電話問, 個staff話收到, 過多2天打來又話收唔到我份form, 激得我死, 佢話跟進, 但都現在又音訊全無, 佢地出爾反爾, 話收到又話唔到, 都唔知邊句真. 唔通要寄掛號先唔會寄失.

寄掛號都冇用, 我係親自交上去佢地office, 但都係音訊全無.

I received a call from Pampers today saying that they will deliver the toy within 3 months. BTW, I sent the form around end of August. It seems that they are quite efficient bor.

由於事前已見過bk媽咪寫pampers話收唔到佢地d form，於是叫我老公親身攞去，13/8交，14/8就有職員call我話收到我張form，3個月內會送貨．跟住個禮拜就送貨囉喎．
