Today is my 17th, 18th day with high temperature, 36.80 today, 0.08 highter than yesterday's 36.72. I suspected I'm bingo but just now, much blood come out. I'm worried that I am....how can I do????:-( :-(

你說今天是高溫期的第18天嗎? 體溫是否比排卵日高溫0.5或以上?? 你是否一直有量體溫的習慣, 是否一早起床前量足5分鐘? 你M來時的體溫係幾多? 排卵日係幾多? 你有無睇醫生? or用排卵紙/排卵棒check排卵?

I have checked my temp. almost 3mths, for my last 2mths record, the m day was 36.52 & 36.4. :cry:

Suppose the o-day of this mth was 8/20(day13, 36.47) or 8/21(day14, 36.68)(I also use David these 2mths,checked 2 dark line on 8/20 & 21) , 8/22(36.8) & afterward keep continue high temp. until today's 36.80. :cry:

For this mth, I keep check with 5min after wake-up, no move.(but sometimes I have vv at midnight.)

I didn't see doctor, my cycle is around 28~31, last cycle was 29days so I suppose this mth's m day is 9/6 but m didn't come and keep high temp so I wonder...:-(

Should I see doctor? How many days high temp. is bingo? Very confuse now......Pls help!!!:-( :-(

係咪真係好似黎M咁多血

另外半夜 VV 完 , 有無連續4小時熟睡

可能溫度會有誤差

somtimes after vv, not enough 4 hrs sleeping.

你係咪每次黎m既第一日都跌 temp架, 因為我係第一日黎m36.1, 第二日先至跌35.8架﹗
