Direction:
1. Separate Salted egg yolk.
2. Cut thousand year old egg and salted egg yolk into small cubes.
3. Lightly beat eggs and add Swanson Clear Chicken Broth.
4. Place egg mixture in a flat bowl and add in salted egg yolk and thousand year old egg.
5. In a wok, add water and steaming tray. Bring water to a boil with medium heat. Place egg onto steaming tray and covered to steam at medium heat for 8 minutes until set.
