I just sold a 2-room flat and rent a 3-room flat now. I also wonder to rent or buy after the end of the lease

Adv of rent: No need to pay for repair and maintnance, increase in mgt fee, rent and rates
Disadv: If landload increase the rent, you have to move

Adv of buy: sense of belonging, not afraid of increase in rent
Disadv: pay for repair and maintnance, increase in mgt fee, rent and rates

以前就覺得租樓好....=>因為當時自己供緊樓，個個月都冇$淨，而見到D同自己收入差不多既朋友(租樓住)，年年去2-3次旅行，個個月都買新衫新袋......真係好後悔做乜要買樓！:-( :-(
不過現在又覺得都係買樓好....=>因為巳經供完了，我地每個月只係比管理費and 差响，剩返D$就用黎養車，去旅行，請工人and養kids，而當時D同自己收入差不多既朋友(重租緊樓)，依家都吾敢生BB，因為$.......

We have sold our flat earlier this year and then rented another one.....after 6-9 months, I have some regret and then just purchased a flat this month :-P

The earning from the stock market couldn't match the uplift of the property.....lack of security.....cannot decorate what I like.....negative interest rate at bank.....
