Does salesperson promote her products that it is superior than those in your list and your husband agreed at that time? If that is the case, it is more your husband's responsibility.
If your husband give the salesperson the list and she pack everything without saying anything than it is her fault and you should definitely complain.
Anyway, keep your receipt and check Yata's return policy.
