我沒有經agent請菲傭,現在要提早終止合約,有什麼留意?
我所想的有以下:
1.大仔早一晚去朋友家睡,細女在房睡覺
2.星期日一大清早進行
3.兩公婆係咪人丁少?
4.睇住佢執東西
5.走左後立即叫老公換鎖

問題:邊到買機票平?點樣安排機票日期?訂之時要否出示菲傭的passport?

最好所以細路都唔係度,以免禍及無辜
幾時進行隨得你啦,方便自己既者
2個人唔係人丁少,不過有第三者(外人)做証會好D,又或者錄音錄影(唔影至少都錄音,減低佢屈你既機會)
你真係驚佢笠你野,你就叫佢將個 case 擺係廳,之後將D野係房度一件件拎出黎... 執好再 check...
換左鎖,舊既收起,留返下次換工人時換返,同埋收起時唔好比新工人見到個鎖...

菲傭平機票可以買 Cebu,聽講網上訂,唔洗一千就搞掂哂...

另外就係錢銀數見要分明,一條條數 list 好比佢睇,問佢明唔明...
一定要佢答,佢有咩 request 要佢自己用手寫 b&w 比你...
$:未計既人工,代通知金,未放既年假&休息日,長服(if any)...

1.因為個女太細又跟我沒有人可以幫手湊走。你咪錄音都得?
2.另外訂機票是否要fix日期?(last day in HK?) or 訂open ticket?
3.年假方面,如做了一年,就按比例俾返d錢佢?+上一個月的薪金+一個月的代通知金。

1) 小朋友太細冇人看管, 可找多個朋友來幫手(不过沒有都ok嘅)
2) air ticket 一定係14天内嘅open ticket(走果日計起).
我試過去旅行舍 or travlling agent 都唔算貴, 因為而家唔係旺季(about $800-1000)訂air ticket 要有passport, contract copy 先至平D, 話明訂比D亞bun 坐既,要最平最快
3)annual leave 做滿3mth 按比例計
4) $100 往機場舟車費
記住乜都要簽收, 簽齊就ok

我屋企不嬲都係比一個月通知,成屋都係大人,唔驚佢。
湊走小朋友係免得佢發癲囉黎攪,你地都去到最後一步,等囡囡未醒鎖住佢度門,之後就KO個工人...
可以訂 fixed date ,suppose 係離職日+14,訂 open 貴呀(唔益佢)... 叫佢係簽收既時候寫埋佢明白張機票唔改得,要改既就工人自己比錢(一定要工人手寫)...
一年內無放就7日年假啦~ 唔係岩岩一年就按比例計

最後記得: "錄音"

Open ticket 會好d, 因僱主一定要「包」佢返去, in case個工人要告你, 單case過咗機票嘅14日限期, 你就要買過張俾佢!

About ticket:

Yes either open ticket or cash is better than a fixed date. I checked with the labour dept, they suggested this as well. Because as long as she hasn't returned to home country for whatever reasons, even with recording and/or signed letter to confirm she agreed with fixed date ticket, it eventually doesn't help much, it's absolutely always the employer's obligaton to send her back, no matter what! Moreover, if so happened the maid could only return to home country after the open ticket validity period, e.g. she has serous medical conditions so she has to stay at hospital, it's your responsibility to issue her another valid ticket. But think about this, there's an upper limit to this risk, because the loss to you is only as much as a ticket fees. So the labour officer said the least risk approach is to give her money, or an open ticket is much better than a fixed date ticket.

About annual leaves entitlement: should calculate based on day basis, not month.
