A terminated phil. maid. 27 yrs old. She worked for one employer for 4 yrs and 12 days.
I called her pervious employer but the employer is not willing to give much comment.:-| But she said she didn't steal thing and the first 2 yrs did her job quite good. After that , she made more complaints.
The agency said after 4 yrs, the employer name change from husband to wife in order to save long term service money. But it is not successful, so fried the maid.
What I think is that the employer still willing to renew contract with her, it seems that she is not so bad.
Will u consider to employ this maid?

係請過工人既都知, 做滿第二個contract, 第三個contract就要比長期服務金架啦, even 僱主個名由老公轉去老婆都係同一個family 都係要比
But if she is really bad, why the previous employer willing to renew contract with her after 4 yrs contract? Is it possible she is ok ??? please comment. thanks.
canies, my husband agree with u but I am still very hestitated, u see, so many mum disgree to employ her. One more thing, she is a university graduate, some mum say that they will apply to Canada and so can't finish contract. Should I also consider that?
of couse canada is very attractive to phil maid,you will facing this problem for ANYONE you hire so it's not the major concern now.
I fried one effiency maid before, and hire one terminated indo maid currently.
so for me, treminated is not equal to bad quality.but I have to agree there must be something that the x employer was not satisfy abt her.diffenernt people have different points of view, just believe in yourself.have you ever talk with this maid, how you feel abt her is more important than the resume.
