I found that if I book the air tickets for my bun to Manila, it is very cheap. They use e-ticket. But I have a question:
For check-in, the bun needs to present (as stated in Step 4)
1. the Transaction on Receipt
2. Passport
3. the credit card which used to buy the e-ticket
So how you can purchase the e-ticket for your bun. I think the Receipt and itinerary and her passport are enough!?
As I never use this airline, please advise if it is ok to use it! Ok means my bun can get on board the plane without troubles! Many thanks.

Step 3: Get your Transaction Receipt. Cebu Pacific will issue you an e-Ticket Transaction Receipt. This displays the ticket purchase, itinerary, amount paid, and all other necessary information.
Step 4: Check-in for your flight. Present your Transaction Receipt to airport security. At the check-in counter, present a valid photo ID and the credit card you used to buy the e-Ticket. Our check-in staff will retrieve your e-Ticket record and issue you a boarding pass.
Just go ahead to book the ticket online (because it is a lot more cheaper).
I booked my e-ticket for my bun bun end November, and it was extremely easy. What you need to do is to follow the steps from Cebu website, and print out the receipt with the booking number, and also give your bun a copy of the Credit Card (front side).
When my bun checked-in, the Cebu only looked at my bun's passport, never checked the receipt nor Credit Card copy.
One more thing, please check the price frequently because you will find the price is changing quite often.
