I bought a flat in Kwai Chung area at $1.92 M today. Looking for a bank to offer 70% mortgage loan. Which bank currently offer the best rate?

i just bought a flat at chaiwan, i hv quoted many banks, u can try ccb P-3.15 0.8%, ICBC P-3 0.6% , SCB P-3 0.8%

I used BOC: P-2.9%+0.8% CASH REBATE (p=5.75%)

One thing should be reminded: pls do observe whether the bank you will apply always follows the up/down of the US. interest or not...
