我有兩個菲傭不知怎麼選,另一個怎麼辦?

No. 1 Age 41, 4yrs contract with my mother-in-law

能幹, 敏捷, smart
cooking 一流,
英文,廣東話 very good,
照顧老人家,煮飯湯送醫院

No.2 Age 42, 3 yrs contract with me

聽話,和順
照顧小朋友, my daugtor 初生to 3yrs, 教小朋友 sing and read in Engjlish very good,
英文very good, 國語不錯(因為我家主要語言是國語), 但她語言能力很好,識聽閩南語和簡單廣東話
cooking OK

我現在只能選一個,另一個要離開,但是真的是各有優點和缺點,對我女兒來說no. 2的優點是她真的疼我女兒,日常生活全由她照顧,晚上一起睡,我女兒將開始上全日班( she is single child, I would like her to be with more children),no. 2 的缺點也正在此,我想讓我女兒比較有規律,no. 2 和我們太久,很難要她重新配合,我女兒會break a rule with no.2.

我79歲母親剛搬來和我住,我想找no.1比較醒目和我母親相處比較安心,例如no.1可以handle everything. 但是no.1比較有主見,又怕我媽不習慣! My mom is very dominent ! In one way, no. 1 is smart to look at my mom's face but no. 2 can tolerate my mom.

那個好呢?

如日後no.1做野令你唔滿意，佢會否向你mother-in-law投訴架？如你mother-in-law唔理都ｏｋ既．　如果係我，我要no.2．

79歲老人家好固執架, 何況你仲話佢好dominate 架tim, 緊係搵個聽話既來同佢相處啦 (no.2), 有時too smart 會有自己果套, 到時呀媽有呀媽講, 佢有佢做, 咪盞攪到家嘈屋閉

你想個女有規律, 你同工人(no.2) 講你想點做, 為左個女好, 所以要重新set 一d rules 比佢跟, 如果佢係really 聽話and 鍚你個女, 佢應該都會follow 既.

My mother in law has moved to live with my brother -in -law. She wants no.1 but my brother-in-law has another one already.

My mom doesn't like no.2 because she always complain no. 2 is too slow now. So she asked me to hire no. 1 back because no.1 has helped me before ( no. 1 is also under my husband's name).

It is really hard to say, 我媽現在不喜歡no. 2因為她每天面對no.2,但是有一天她也會不喜歡no.1. 所以真頭痛!

如果不理會我媽,我和我先生也覺得no.1很醒目,像個管家婆, no.2 聽話但是少了一點energy!她會聽一聽就算了!

can u imagine : no .1 + mother in law + your own mother = many many troubles. 簡直係攞嚟攪

Same case of mine. No.1 of my house prefer to do the housework than stying with my children. So if your priority is your girl then I think you better choose No.2.

奶奶唔要個工人NO. 1, 奶奶搬去同叔仔住.
樓主諗緊要唔要NO. 1 replaces NO. 2?

睇黎佢都係想換多d. 其實兩個差不多, 問下個囡鍾意邊個多d!

既然no. 2跟你們一家都可和諧相處咁多年, 我就一定keep 佢, 事關你才是lady of the house, 唔係你ah 媽, 如果佢跟你們一家住, 佢要來識應你們一家, 唔好太過就佢la
個工人聽話, 才會跟老人家相處得來!!

但樓主，亞 No. 1 照顧你 99 好，吾 = 照顧你亞媽好 gor bor，既然 No. 2 對你亞女好，梗系用番 No. 2 lar。如果你而家飛左 No. 2 ，噤佢咪斷約 lor，系咪你吾打算再續，而 No. 1 又幾好，所以諗住接手呢..........不過 timing 吾 arm......

I finally made my mind to have no.2 stayed for my mom said she will let no. 2 stay.

No. 1 is now interviewing some employers and I heard that she has got one promised to hire her.

My husband and I felt pitty for no.1 is really a good cook. She can prepare a big meal for more than 10 persons very quick by herself. but I know my daughtor neeed no. 2.
