when are you going to the airport, early moring, afternoon or evening?
A few months ago when I was in Hong Kong I just asked a taxi driver if he will go to the airport early in the morning-4am. He siad he will go anytime. So I just told him the day & time + the phone number. He gave me a call that morning & said he is on the way & asked me to go down in about 5-10 minutes.
I think you can just check with the taxi driver in your area.
