It is a rubbish agent! Unless you want to see how bad they are .
I suffered so much from this agent since last Nov. At the beginning I used this company to look for Local Finished Contract but two were back out. No maid referred or willing to work for me(working couple + 2 kids). Finally I employed the Direct Hire thro the introduction and asked her to process the application. Surely no good follow-up, I did much more than them!
When the maid arrived at the HK airport 9:30pm, no one picked her up and she called me around 11pm. What a pity that she waited for 1.5 hours. She didn't know how to do and called me.(I gave her my mobile when we had tele interview earlier.) Finally my husband and I went to airport and picked up back. Have you even heard like this before??
No one called us that night and no one called me the next morning until I called to the agent. She still said the maid had arrived and they would do the immigration and lab test today....... Still lieing....
