Do you have many many bags ? If you already hv enough milk supply i.e. about 2-3 bottles of chilled milk in the refridgerator, there is no need to keep to many bags of frozen. Also, BB may refuse to drink the frozen milk which has been kept for over one month. I think keeping 20 bags is already enough and keeping this number will not create so much confusion.
