Hello babellt,

We also live in Kwong Wa Street and my BB is now 7 months and I also start to think about Kindergarden & Primary School.
How old is your baby? Can you share good nearby kindergardens/schools within this net?

Wow...

my baby girl is going to 10months' old later.
We hope she can study in St Mary fm Kindergarden.....
but not yet decided which nursery is to for her....
is your baby a boy / girl ??
we can share more information......

My baby is a girl also.
St. Mary, do you mean 嘉諾撒聖瑪利 in Austin Road? I don't think it has kindergarden wor.

It is a good girl school, with through-train English secondary school and good academic result. It will definitely be one of my traget primary school.

As for nursery/kindergarden, I had applied 救世軍卜凱賽琳幼兒園 (their application list is very long) and is researching on other nursery/kindergarden.

Does 救世軍卜凱賽琳幼兒園 good enough to get into a good primary ?? I know they have a long waiting list..... and the partnes get their child on waiting list since there were born. But I don't know the reputation.

Yes. you are right. St Mary does not have K-garten. So I may apply St Catherine for her....

Are you going to send your daughter to N1 ?? I was told that it's better to find a N1 with good K1. In case if the child cannot get used to the new K1 school, they can go back to the N1 school to continue the K1......

救世軍幼兒園adopts Montessori approach and aims to teach children good discipline and self learning, it is not academic-oriented. I am not sure if this is good enough to get into a good primary school but I like their approach.

I intend to put my BB in N1 and afterwards continue K1 in the same Kindergarden unless my BB dislikes the school.

Agree that it is a superheadache matter
