There's no more 油麻地小輪. If you want to take the ferry from TST, there's "First Ferry" (新渡輪). They have two type of ferry going to Macau. If you choice "new ferry", it takes only 1 hour, and it's running every half hour in day time.
In fact, the ferry company do have a travel agency called "First Travel", you can check details with them at 21318264.
