I went there yesterday for lunch. I went there early (at 12pm) so I didn't have to wait. This restaurant just opened on Apr 8 (6 days only). Their staff is new, so u can imagine they are not quite tuned up yet.
Unlike Yuen-Luk & Yuen-Hei, it's more like a typical Japanese sushi bar. Sushi is handmade. Tea is refilled by their staff (not by self-service). Even your bill is checked at your seat (u don't pay at the counter). So one has to expect differently.
Foodwise, they have quite a few new dishes. Hamachi is very fresh. Salmon is not as good (maybe the one I had is near the fish skin). One comment though, they have flies flying around!!! Their seating capacity is small, that's why one has to wait for a long long time! But I think it's worth a try, for a change!
