Hi Everyone,

I'm just started to be a single mother for half year and now it's still undergoing the court case and will attend the 4th hearing from the court. Hope i could share some information with all of you.

As C6 is trying to hiding his financial status and increase his liabilities that he is not willing to pay any money for this. But the court realized his status, hope we could get the final result within this month. I have seen the social worker to prepare for the social investigation report. When he interviewed with the social worker yesterday, he finally forgive his will to have the custody of the child. So everything is settled now that I will have the custody of my son with 3 years old but still worried about the house. I'm not sure the house will be given to me to continue the mortgage or not and worried that how much money he can paid for us till the final determination from the court on 29 Apr.

The financial burden is very heavy as I have to take care of the son, my mother and the house..........so i hope i can get what i want.....From all of these, i learned that C6 is not a responsible person, and he even don't care of the son. He actually only care about the another woman.

Hope all of us keep the faith that future is better than yesterday.

Thanks for all your reply, i want to know if i can eligible to apply for the school fee subsidy and the housing problem,

can anyone can refer me a registered social worker ?

from your case..i guess you can apply sch fee subsidy for your child..

I have to take care my mother who help me to take care my 3-year old son, and have a house to mortgage, but still not sure that the house will be given to me after the divorse.

Where can i find the social worker that's really could help my problem.

I have seen the social worker and she said she only cares about the 探視權, but the rest she can't help.........
