My baby also doesn't like to drink the milk too. When he was 10 months old, he only drank 2 oz milk in a day. I was worry too. I will try to give him other things to eat, e.g. cheese, yoghurt. And also,
using the spoon to feed him the water instead of using the milk bottle.
Now my baby is 14 months, he can drink 10-15 oz of milk per day. I think it is ok.
i ask my cousin who has 3 kids already, she said most of the bb dont like milk while they are 9-11mths. only drink little or half , after a while, will be normal. my bb also dont like to drink for about a week while he was 9 months. my cousin tell me dont worry, so.... just let him eat less milk and more other things i think, after a while, will be ok.

I think you no need to worry too much. Due to my son also don't like to drink milk when he was 4-10 mths. Sometimes he only drink 3-4 oz for whole day.
But you have to let him drink more water; you may use spoon. My son can drink almost 3-4 oz water if using spoon. But he won't like to use bottle to drink water too.
