A: First of all, your domestic helper should fit belows requirement:
a) She has finished not less than TWO years service contract.
b) You do not employ another person to fill up her position. That's mean you did not employ a new domestic helper after she left.
c) Even your domestic helper fulfilled above two conditions, 追討遺散費 should have a TIME Limit, I forgot the actual figure. Maybe three month or less. You'd better ask Labour Department by yourself.
