Hi, I want to ask what time your maid go out on Sunday? Mine will go out at about 8:30am and comes back at 8:30pm at night. Also, today I told her to cut her hair shorter but she just smiles at me without saying a word (no yes or no). Actually she did tie her hair up when she works and take care my new born baby, hwr I notice that during the mid-night time when she feeds my baby & carry her on shoulder she didn't do that. I told her that's not good but she just smiles at me!!
my maid is Indonesian. She's always very confident on herself I think is because she had finished the college in Indo. and can speak good English & Cantonese & also cooking skills not bad. Therefore whenever I told her somthing she usually just smile at me (but I feel that she might not agree) without saying yes or no. So I asked her "do you know what I meant?" then she would say "I know I know". Actually her attitude is not bad (usually little smile) but how to treat 軟皮蛇' ?? Also, I want to ask if she needs to get up mid night (3am or 4 am) to feed baby, the if I let her sleep until 9:30am will that be too good for her??
Actually my maid always keep herself busy at taking care baby and can finish the houseworks. Since I have to work so most of the time is only baby & her. My baby is now 2 months old and starts react to my maid such as smile at her & makes 'er er' sounds to her. Hwr my baby seems not really interested in me! :-( At first I felt very upset & jealous the maid! But after talking with my friends and parents, I feel better now because she loves my baby is always better then not. About her long hair, I will remind her no longer then about the shoulder and must tie up. Ai....sometimes I think even we pay them but seems like we also need to please them...Why? Because our 'treasure' is on her hand law!
