關于菲傭辭職一問 [複製鏈接]

我個菲傭來到不夠一個星期，然后同我講要辭職（一個月通知）。原因繫話婆婆好多牢騷，叫她做這樣，做那樣。話自己有自己的schedule，婆婆不是她的僱主。。好有guts。吾夠一個星期就話要辭職啦。。甘辭就辭啦。寫做封水蛇春甘長既辭職信（話因為要煮好多人飯，婆婆指指點點她做好多野。）封信寫到好差，話婆婆好demanding，我覺得好rediculous，仲要我們簽名。

我想問問，如果她要辭職，我需要幫她簽一份這樣的信嗎？個人覺得沒有這個必要。我同我老闆辭職，我都吾會叫我老闆簽名啦。我們有什么需要註意的。。

因為冇乜經驗，又好“興”。請各位指教。

但記得收起她的信,還有找agent,她來時也知要照顧多少人,現在到步一個月便resign,是否免費換過一個給你

don't sign the letter, your helper may setup your family and later send you court letter...

when you signed the employment contract with her, it lists how many people she will take care, right? Of course, the employer has right to invite guess, that's part of her duty.

Do not sign on the letter. Keep her letter.
Giver her an acknowlegement letter to accept her resignation with one month notice and state clearly that her last day at work is on which day.

when my mother asked the maide to do something, she told my mother 'my boss didn't tell me to do so'

, and went back to home to close the door. my mother screamed on the phone to me.

by the time being, my husband and i was travelling in Canada. how can we tell her to do things on the phone?
