工人resign

我個印印同我講佢老公有病, 要resign返印尼, 佢係4月25日口頭通知左我, 我想問我跟住要做d咩呢 ?

本來諗住交俾agent幫我攪掂, 點知個老板娘岩岩係上星期過左身, 而家d野都唔知邊個跟 ~~~~

妳要問印印想幾時走, 如果唔夠一個月通知, 印印就要補錢比妳. 而妳就要買一張單程機票比佢返印尼, 補未放大假的錢及要印印補回一封resign信給妳. 然後妳要通要人民入境事務署此印傭幾時開始終止合約,離開香港日期及原因.

佢想5月9日走, 唔夠一個月通知.....不過都算喇唔駛佢補錢呢, 佢呢3年都好幫得手既....

係呀計清楚 D 糧,假期,機票.最緊要佢立即補翻封 resign letter 比妳,然後 fax 去入境署.所有野 back & write 寫清楚. 收據要留底.

make sure all receipt of money and airfare ticket etc are properly signed by her. Also, make sure that she write the resignation letter (better she writes than you write) and states the reasons of early termination and the date when the contract will terminate. Fax all receipts and resignation letter to the immigration department as well as the consulate for their records and information.

吓 ? 連所有receipt都要fax俾入境處架咩 ? agent淨係叫我fax張resignation letter去入境處咋, 而且佢係印印, 唔識英文, 叫佢寫封resignation letter都只可以寫到印尼文, 所以我就打左封英文既resignation letter俾佢仲解釋左俾佢聽之後先至叫佢簽, 請問0甘樣得唔得 ??

佢要急回印尼, 佢老公好似病得好嚴重, 所以我就買左今個星期日既機票俾佢走....

佢都有幾日未放既假期, 即使用黎set off佢要俾我既代通知金都唔夠, 不過我都係另一封簽收機票既信裡提及左呢點 ~~~

if so, better have a witness to the letter and state also in the letter that she understand the contents of the letter , to avoid any further problem , also in my situation, my agent advise me to fax all receipt of airticket and compensation etc to the relevant authority for their information. I think that is no harm and to protect you as well

Florence,

She has to write the resign letter because she doesn't know Eng nor Chinese, if you write for her, there may be complication. Then ask your agent to translate her resign letter for you.
