I use 300 g bean + 1700ml water to make the soy bean milk. I take 500ml of the boiled soy bean milk and add 1tsp gypsium (石膏粉) to give bean curd pudding, I did not add any corn four at all, it always give a wonderful smooth bean curd pudding. you can scale down the bean to 100 g + around 500 ml water + 1 tsp gypsium.hope this help

I forgot to say, 石膏粉 should be diluted by 1 tbsp drinking water (not hot) beforehead. Making sure your 石膏粉 solution is thouroughly mixed,before adding the hot soy bean milk. That is a very important step!!
